Camping les Tourelles is surrounded by the most famous summits of the Tour de France: col de l'Izoard, Lautaret, Galibier and La Bonnette.
Many famous cyclists have trained hard for this and many of our visitors test their climbing ability here!

The Serre Ponçon Lake, bathed in sunshine, is located in the heart of the Hautes-Alpes. The lake is located at an altitude of 750 m, has an area of 3000 m², making it the largest reservoir in Europe. The dam (built from 1955 to 1961) in Serre-Ponçon, at the confluence of the Durance and Ubaye rivers, measures 124 m high and 630 m wide.
